Morning Grind Networking at the brand new KC Campus for Animal Care Friday, January 31st!

Morning_GrindGet a quick pick me up before work Friday, January 31st from 8 to 9 am at the Morning Grind. This month we’re meeting at the new $26 million Kansas City Campus for Animal Care., 7077 Elmwood Ave. KC Pet Project will share details about the new state-of-the-art campus, how it better serves our community and the thousands of pets that will pass through the doors, and how the construction was funded through the citizen-approved City of Kansas City, Mo. Government GO bonds and other private funds. We'll also enjoy some coffee from The Roasterie Kansas City Air Roasted Coffee. I bet we’ll also get to meet a few furry friends while we’re there too

Final 63rd Street Corridor Study Open House - Wednesday, December 11th from 4-7 pm

open_houseThe City of Kansas City is working with community partners like us to develop plans for improving safety and functionality of 63rd Street between Wornall Road and Troost Avenue. On Wednesday, December 11th from 4-7 pm at the St. Peter's Catholic Church (701 E. Meyer Blvd., Kansas City, MO 64131) there will be Community Open House to discuss the 63rd Street Corridor Study and resulting recommendations. During the open house, project consultants will discuss final concepts. It's your opportunity to give feedback and recommend final changes.

The Annual Holiday Party will take place Tuesday, December 10th from 4:30-6pm at Brady's Irish Pub, 5424 Troost Ave (across from the Rockhurst University Community Center). Take time out to join us, relax and have some fun before the Holidays. We're celebrating with our friends and partners from Southtown Council, Brookside and Troost. The annual gathering is open to all our members, guests and anyone else interested.
