The 2020 Southtown Showcase is right around the corner. Don't miss your opportunity to sample local food and drinks, meet others from across KC, win prizes and most of all have fun! The annual event showcases local restaurants, food and drink vendors, businesses and organizations from across South Central KC, Brookside, Troost & the surrounding areas. From smoked meatballs to ceviche, snow cones to pateries, and local brews and spirits to world-class wines the samples at the Southtown Showcase are a must have.

This well attended event brings together a cross section of businesses, organizations, neighbors and others from across the community to mingle, sample food from local restaurants, and sample drinks from breweries, distiller, wineries, and more. The annual after-hours event also raises awareness and support for our many community programs ranging from promoting community safety and security, to connecting with local leaders and fostering investment in our community, to connecting those in need with area resources. It’s a great way to have fun, try food and drinks, and meet others all while helping two outstanding community organizations – the Southtown Council & Foundation. So, join us Tuesday, March 31st.

Want to showcase your food or drinks? Be one of our select vendors! Restaurants, caterers and food vendors are invited to promote your business by providing samples for 100 or more people. It's the best business card you'll ever give out. What a great way to introduce your food and drinks to new customers, promote your business and keep past customers coming back. Food and drinks can be delivered and setup between 3 and 5 pm. For the biggest success, we encourage you to attend so your product is properly displayed and served the way you’d like it. If you can’t we can arrange for pickup, but please be aware we can only keep food cold (not heated) so plan accordingly. We ask that you include necessary serving trays and utensils that can be taken with you at the end of the evening or thrown away.
Want to showcase your business or organization? Be a business vendor! The Southtown Showcase is a great way to share who you are and what you do with the community. Vendors get a 36” table-top space in the main room. It’s a great way to tell your story and reach others for a small contribution of $30. Our only requirement is that you're a Southtown Council, Brookside or Troost member. Not a member - join today!. Space is limited and spots will be filled on a first come first served basis.
