The Southtown Council is hosting our first public affairs forum of 2018 Tuesday, January 23rd from 6 to 7:30 pm. Our guest speakers will be Kansas City 5th District Councilwoman Alissia Canady, KCPD Chief of Police Rick Smith, and Jackson County Prosecutor Jean Peters Baker. They will discuss 2018 initiatives, major projects, opportunities to work together and major challenges ahead. We’d love to have you join us and please share with others that may be interested.

The forums are intended to help us keep our community informed of major issues and initiatives, and to better connect businesses and neighborhoods to our elected officials and key community leaders. They’re also a great way for all of us to share local priorities with those that represent us.

We hope to see you Tuesday!
