Citizen forum to discuss public transit needs

Citizens consistently report in surveys that improved public transportation is a top concern in the Kansas City region. The One KC Voice citizen engagement alliance will host a forum Wed., Oct. 10 from 3:30pm–5pm, to talk about public transit priorities- including light rail in the Southtown, Waldo, and Brookside community.

This will be part of a series of citizen forums on transit issues that will take place across the metro area this fall. The event will take place at the Southtown Planning Center, 6814 Troost Ave., KCMO, 64131. For more info. call Liana Riesinger, 816-701-8269 or email info@onekcvoice.org.
