More than 150,000 tulips are popping up all along Troost Avenue, thanks to the many volunteers who planted blubs in the fall for the past three year. In the 5500 block of Troost, you will find the newly opened Blue Star Motorcycle Company and Greedyman's Lunch Box as well as the expanded IMG Beauty & Barber Supply. Traveling south, there are more new businesses along the way. Niece’s Restaurant plans to open soon in the 6500 block of Troost and Phil’s Coffee Shop is now open along 63rd St. west of Holmes Rd. The office building in 500 block of E. 63rd St. has been sold and is being refurbished by the new owner.
