In business since 1977, L&R Towing has been providing towing services throughout the entire metropolitan area. Originally, Lonnie Good opened the business at 7740 Troost, moved to 7630 Troost, stayed there for 20 years, and then moved over to E. 77th St. Four years ago, Mike Callia purchased the business. Recently, L&R Towing relocated to 5517 Troost Ave., leasing office space from Troostwood Garage.
The company operates a flat bed truck and two wreckers 24 hours a day with 3 full-time and one part-time employee. According to Callia, “Our customer service makes us different from all the rest.” They are quick to respond and willing to help where needed.
