Over the years, Southtown, Waldo, and Brookside have joined forces by holding monthly combined networking and luncheon events and producing one annual directory, "The Link." The organizations share office space, administration, and staffing, thus sharing expenses and increasing resource efficiencies. Now we are making another linkage - one monthly newsletter. We hope you will enjoy hearing news about all three communities and will become more informed about happenings throughout the area.
The newsletters will provide information from the Southtown Council (STC), Southtown Foundation (STF), Waldo Area Business Association (WABA), Waldo Community Improvement District (Waldo CID), Brookside Business Association (BBA), and Brookside Community Improvement District (Brookside CID). All together, these groups represent more than 800 organizations in the general area south of 47th St., north of 95th St., east of State Line, and west of Bruce Watkins Drive.
